IMMUN generally ships orders within 2 business days after an order is successfully placed.
Estimated delivery time is typically 7–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping estimates are provided for reference only and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Orders under $79.90 are subject to a $6.50 shipping fee.
Orders of $79.90 or more qualify for free shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
You may also check your order status by signing in to your IMMUN account and visiting My Account > My Orders.
For international shipments, tracking information may not update during certain parts of the overseas shipping process.
In some cases, tracking details may update only after the package has completed customs clearance or has been transferred to the local delivery carrier.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please allow additional time for the shipping process to continue. Once customs clearance is completed, the remaining delivery updates may appear and the package may move quickly toward final delivery.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
